All about Justin

Justin Stratton hails from the Fields of Opportunity known as Iowa! He has a diverse background in the performing arts, marketing, personal branding, social media and business building. 

Justin is an original team member at Mark Fisher Fitness as the Marketing & Membership Pimp. Under his leadership they have seen triple digit growth in each of it’s first 3 years bringing in multiple 7 figure revenue. Justin also serves on faculty as a coach in their Superhero Academy and Snatched II programs.

Justin has now launched his own coaching practice as The Awesomeness Coach working with Creative Leaders across multiple industries. While Coach is his title, he’s really more of a navigator helping people identify where they are and where they want to be. Then as their partner, they create their roadmap to ultimate awesomeness! 

His work is practical, strategic and most importantly, fun. “If you’re not having a good time, you’re fucking it up!”

Justin's career includes over 5 years at Digitas, a digital agency and now member of the Publicis Groupe. While at there h worked with some incredible people and on several global accounts including IBM, Samsung, and AMEX. Here is where he really learned what it's like to build a brand from the ground up. Watching Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Marketers, and Strategists all working toward a common goal of creating something completely fresh and new. 

He also noticed that the Creatives of this equation be valued as less than the rest of this equation. How was this possible? They worked put in just as much blood, sweat and tears as the others. Often times more as feedback would come in to change a style, alter a design, or re-position the message for a different audience. Yet, when all was said and done their more left brained teamsters garnered the praise. 

Justin is adept at actively listening to hear beyond what is being said to give you a surprisingly greater self-awareness as you create a plan to align WHO you are with WHAT you value most.
